Ailbhe Woods is the SHEQ Manager at NWP where she is responsible for the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality of the business. Ailbhe is also responsible for the development of organisations health and safety policies and procedures whilst ensuring successful implementation across all sites as well as maintaining and developing all training records, identifying individual training needs and co-ordinating relevant training to equip individuals with relevant skills to effectively perform in post. Ailbhe joined NWP in 2006 having completing her degree in Environmental Management and Technology. Ailbhe also holds a number of professional qualifications within the areas under her control.
