Caolan Woods is Operations Manager for NWP and is responsible for driving the operational effectiveness of individual composting and transfer sites in Keady, Glenside and Portadown. He has over ten years experience of working within a compost production facility, managing teams of staff and meeting quality production schedules. During his time at NWP, Caolan has overseen the design and construction of the GICOM Invessel Composting facility at the Keady Site and is now responsible for the delivery of current SWAMP and ARC21 Organics contracts as well as identifying new business opportunities. Caolan is a regular Compost Speaker at WRAP Conferences and events. He has a HND in Horticulture specialising in Amenity Horticulture, and is a qualified A1 assessor and internal IMS systems auditor. He is currently completing his CoTC in the Management of Composting Facilities with WAMITAB.
