NWP includes a blend of experienced professionals working in a dynamic work environment. Our team has a track record of success in delivery of waste management strategies and specific expertise in working with large and often complex organisations in recycling household and commercial waste. The company is now in its 21st successful year, and members of the team, while working within NWP have collectively over 50 years experience working with private and public sector organisations

 Brendan Woods is Managing Director of NWP. He has over 16 years experience in waste management, recycling and composting. Brendan is responsible for the overall day-to-day organisation of the company.
 Caolan Woods is Operations Manager for NWP and is responsible for driving the operational effectiveness of individual composting and transfer sites in Keady, Glenside and Portadown.
 Aoife Woods is Administration Manager and Company Secretary at NWP and is responsible for managing the organisational administration requirements including IT, accounts and administrative support.
 Ciaran Doherty is Finance Director at NWP where he is responsible for the financial development and profitability of NWP and NWP Recycling. In addition, he manages relationships with existing key customers with the specific aim of understanding future business requirements.
 Shane Woods is Strategic Development Manager at NWP where he is responsible for developing all commercial aspects of the business and acts as key point of contact in all aspects of new business development.
 Ailbhe Woods is the SHEQ Manager at NWP where she is responsible for the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality of the business. Ailbhe is also responsible for the development of organisations health and safety policies and procedures whilst ensuring successful implementation across all sites as well as maintaining and developing all training records, identifying individual training needs and co-ordinating relevant training to equip individuals with relevant skills to effectively perform in post.
 Aaron Currie is the Compliance & Human Resources Manager at NWP where he overall responsibility for the ongoing strategic development of organisations Health & Safety, Environment, Quality and all aspects of Human Resources across all locations.
